FAQ-1004. How do I account for items and services used internally like supplies, or free meals?

• Set up a customer account for each type of use. "Store Supplies", "Staff Meals", etc.
• Ring up a transaction as normal
• On the payment screen, type the appropriate account number into the account number field
• T Click on the Discount % button
• Enter 100 and hit Enter
• Click End Sale
